Triangles of chicken with almonds
This variation on the theme of chicken breast wrapped in bacon borrowed from Italian bloggers. The almonds turned out to be a good companion. Very tasty. Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    3 piece

  • Bacon

    6 piece

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    70 ml

  • Salt

Chicken breast fillet thinly otbivaet in a rectangular formation. Almonds or pistachios grind but not flour, and to remain fairly large pieces.

Beated cut in half 2 squares. The angle of each put a spoonful of nuts. You can fillet to taste salt, but I thought it was unnecessary, because usually a lot of salt contained in bacon.

Put the fillets on the diagonal, covering the nuts. Turn the triangles with the filling inside.

Each triangle and wrap with bacon.

The bacon and fasten with toothpicks. The toothpick can then be removed, but I like them.

On scoorde warm up the butter, adding a brand-new rosemary.

Put on a frying pan and fry the triangles with one storony for 10 minutes.

Turn the triangles to the other side. Add the wine, continue to cook for about 10 minutes, until the wine has evaporated.

Serve chicken to table, garnish with a sprig of rosemary and chopped nuts. Delicious in hot or cold types. Enjoy our appetite!
