Rice-flette
Norwegian rice cream. At Christmas almost every house of Norway is on the table this dessert. Delicate, airy and light. I called a friend who lives there and took the recipe. Specially for the contest "new year tastes of the planet."

Ingredients

  • Figure

    150 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Almonds

    1 handful

Cooking

Round cook rice in water. I cooked in the steamer, in the microwave. Warm the rice, add the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Then add chopped almonds. I have the pieces get larger.

Whisk in the cream.

Gently mix rice with cream and you're done. Serve this dessert with jelly or liquid jam. In our case it is currant. Dessert turns out air, light. With a sour jam - the most it!
