Banana and honey Napoleon
Actually, the recipe in the beginning was cookies))))) but after tasting, I thought:"why not be it a cake?". Prepare quickly, and "schematised" even faster!))) The recipe only two eggs, and those in the cream. You are welcome for the recipe!)))

Ingredients

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Ripe bananas and mash until smooth gruel. Add sugar and honey, heat the mixture on a water bath until the sugar is dissolved.

Add baking powder and when the mixture turns white and increase in volume in twice, remove from water bath and cool. When cooled, add the sifted flour and vegetable oil.
