Flan de queso. A very popular Spanish dessert easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cheese curd

    300 g

  • Caramel

I don't know how you can call this cheese, here is "Philadelphia", consistency slightly thicker than whipped cream.
