Salad of radish and parsnip
Summer, light vegetable salad. A huge thank you to scullion 'Ellis' for the idea of the design of the salad for her appetizer 'water Lilies'!

Ingredients

  • Pasternak

    1 piece

  • Radishes

    10 piece

  • Corn

    0.5 can

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Olives

    8 piece

  • Greens

  • Mayonnaise

Parsnip peel and cut into cubes.

The same cubes, slice the radishes and add to the parsnip. To open a jar of canned corn, drain the liquid and put 0,5 banks in our salad.

Dice the cucumber and eggs, chop the herbs - I have onions, dill and parsley. Possible vegetables in this salad is to grate the cucumber, radishes, parsnips. But I don't like grated salads.
