Buckwheat casserole with sauerkraut
A simple dish from simple ingredients. Very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Buckwheat

    400 g

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Corn

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

  • Salt

Cooking

Start preparing the casserole. First boil the buckwheat until tender, cool it and mix with minced meat.

Put sauerkraut

Finely chop green onions

and garlic. All of this we add to the mince.

Now add frozen or canned corn.

All the ingredients mix well, sprinkle with salt and flavoured with spices. Grease the form of vegetable oil

and fill it for a future casserole.

Three eggs lightly unbolted with spices.

And pour it in the form of meat. Grate cheese on a grater and sprinkle on top.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. But the time depends on your oven. Bon appetit!
