Fish in ginger-soy sauce with noodles
Most in this dish impressed me the noodles with a sauce of cilantro, ginger and chili! Moderately spicy, sour from the lemon juice!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    800 g

  • Wine rice

    60 ml

  • Soy sauce

    60 ml

  • Sesame oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    20 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Noodles

    180 g

  • Cilantro

    1.5 cup

  • Olive oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

For the sauce, mix the ginger, garlic, rice wine (you can substitute sherry), soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar.

In the marinade put the fish fillets, marinade for 20 minutes.

While fish is marinating, boil the noodles (reserve 1/4 Cup of the broth in which the cooked noodles) and cook the sauce for her.
