Cooking
The products required.
Sift 250 g of flour, add 40 g of sugar, a pinch of salt, yeast and a sachet of vanilla sugar.
Melt 50 g butter. Heat 125 ml of milk, add the vanilla essence and melted butter.
Pour the milk and butter and knead the dough.
Put the dough in a greased bowl, cover with cling film and leave at least half an hour in a warm place.
Soak poppy seeds for an hour, then whip in blender (You should have about 500 g grated poppy). Soak the raisins in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain the water.
For the cream: to heat 300 ml of milk, add 40 g of sugar, packet of vanilla sugar and a few drops of vanilla extract. To bring everything to the boil, add 50 g butter, enter the eggs one by one.
Mix the cottage cheese with the cream. Split the compound in half.
Slice the apples as thin as possible and sprinkle with lemon juice.
In one half add the raisins, poppy seeds and apples, all carefully knead.
Roll the dough into a round reservoir, put in detachable round shape, greased.
On the dough put Apple and poppy filling, sprinkled with sugar on top put the second part cottage cheese cream.
Leave the cake for half an hour. Mix 100 g flour, 50 g butter, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar.
Grind everything together with your hands into crumbs.
Sprinkle the cake crumbs and bake for 30 minutes...
... in a preheated 180-190 degree oven.
