Cooking
Butter, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar Dr. Oetker blend them.
Continuing to whisk at the lowest speed, add the cheese. I had the cheese with grains, I have it through a sieve not fray.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder Dr. Oetker.
Knead the dough, form a ball, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Cranberries (I used frozen) put in a saucepan, add the sugar. Bring cranberries to a boil, add starch, stir. I made the cranberry immersion blender to puree, if no blender, you can grind through a sieve.
Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces, roll balls. Spread on a baking sheet at some distance, and then the bottom of the glass "pluim" them to get the pellet. You can, of course, roll out the dough thickness of 1-1,5 cm and cut out circles, but my way is faster.
On each cookie put about half a tablespoon of cranberries.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. After cooling, the cookies turns out crispy with a creamy taste and a nice cranberry tartness.
