Nut brownies without flour
Fragrant nutty cakes with butter cream!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cocoa condensed

    0.5 can

Walnuts grind.

The yolks separated from the whites. Beat whites until stable peaks.

Yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar, beat until lush light weight.

In beaten yolks add chopped nuts, stir. In two steps you enter the beaten egg whites and gently mix until a homogeneous air mass.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the batter into the pan. I took the silicone form for cupcakes, I wanted to make round cakes. You can go the other way. Pour the batter into a small but with high sides form, then the cakes will turn out square.

Bake until ready. In my oven 30 minutes.

Butter beforehand removed from the refrigerator. Whisk soft butter "Ecomilk" with vanilla sugar until fluffy.

Add the condensed milk. That's the kind of consistency that will be the cream.

Decorate the cooled cakes with cream. I cut them in half and generously decorated with cream.
