From brew semolina boiled with milk - let infused.
Squeeze the juice from the orange.
Pour juice, washed and dried with a paper towel, raisins.
Separate eggs into whites and yolks.
Sugar - half into the egg yolks, half of the proteins. In proteins add a pinch of salt.
Beat egg whites to a thick cap, the yolks up to whitening.
In a large bowl to mix the cottage cheese mash well with a fork or kartoffelsalat. Add beaten egg yolks, steamed semolina, buckwheat flour. Stir well.
To the curd add the raisins (no juice!), candied fruit, mix well.
Last enter the beaten egg whites, gently, gently stirring, as in biscuit - bottom-up. Put the mass into shape, well coated with butter.
Bake in a preheated 180-190гр the oven for about 30 - 35 minutes until Golden brown. To achieve the desired colour, switch off the oven, open up the door and let the casserole stand there for about 15 minutes.
