Cooking
Take 2 onions. Finely chop and fry in vegetable oil with the addition of 1 tbsp. tablespoons of water.
Mushrooms pour 200 gr. water. If fresh mushrooms - 400 gr. Cook. Mushrooms cook for a long time is not necessary. I cooked 10 minutes after boiling. Broth pour into a separate container - it will be needed for the sauce.
Meat is scrolled in a meat grinder with large holes. Add salt, pepper, 2/3 of the onions (it is better to cut as small as you can). Shape the meatballs and fry on both sides.

Make sauce: In saucepan dissolve butter. Add flour and, stirring constantly, fry until brownish color.
Add 350-400 ml of broth and cream. Salt, pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly. Tormented on low heat 7 minutes. Do not forget to constantly interfere!
Pour our meatballs in mushroom sauce and stew under a cover on slow fire for 40 minutes. At garnish can submit mashed potatoes.
