Pumpkin-Apple sambuk
We have this year a very large crop of pumpkins, it has grown so much. Share a rich harvest with friends, relatives and acquaintances. And of course, they make pumpkin dishes. Offer You a soft and airy dessert made with pumpkin and apples.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Apple

    400 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp
