While hot, continue to treat their household ice cream :) I have always loved crème brûlée. Chocolate for me too sweet, but the creme brulee - just right! Honestly - prepared for the first time. For the recipe thank you sincerely Irina Chadaeva - she is so laid out that easy to do. Changes are extremely minor.

Cooking
First you have to prepare syrup creme brulee. 40 g of sugar to melt to a dark brown color.
Add to the milk. It will zarenitsa, do not panic. Cook a little bit, that thickens the syrup. Set aside.
Mix dry milk and sugar, add a little milk to gruel turned out.
Pour in the slurry syrup creme brulee...
