Probably each family has its own proprietary recipe tat. Offer your own version.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Water

    1.7 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Prepare yeast dough. Mix water or milk (1 and 2/3 of a Cup), flour (4 cups), sugar (2 table.tablespoons), salt (1.5 teaspoon), yeast (1.5 teaspoon), vegetable oil (2 table.spoons). Knead well and put to rise.
