The pork leg and pour 1.5 liters of cold water and simmer for 3 hours, then add the chopped vegetables and cook until the meat starts to fall off the bones. At the end of cooking add salt and add the Bay leaf and pepper.
The broth and meat to combine, season with salt, crushed garlic, boil, pour into cups and refrigerate. Before serving, remove from the surface the fat, put the jelly on a dish and decorate with greens.
