Fish in coconut breading
A delicious dish with an amazing coconut scent. In addition to fish sauce. Everything is prepared simply and quickly. Suitable for the diet.

Ingredients

  • Crumb bread

    0.5 cup

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    0.333 cup

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Fish

    600 g

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Lemon peel

    2 tsp

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 200 - 220 gr. If you have a fan, use it. Combine the bread crumbs, parsley and coconut.

Each fish strip with your protein. Protein should be a little beat up. I didn't, but still preferred when the egg white whipped.

... and then in coconut mixture.

Place on a baking sheet. If desired, drizzle with olive oil (I don't lalalala). Put a baking sheet on the lowest shelf in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the yoghurt, lemon and green onions. Add salt, pepper. I was out of yogurt and I used that sauce low-fat sour cream. It was very tasty. To taste you can add more lemon zest, it gives the sauce a unique freshness.

As a side dish I baked the potatoes along with the fish, pre-cook it until soft. Serve with sauce. Bon appetit!
