Description
Dumplings are loved by many, if not all. Want to surprise your loved ones? Offer to cook dumplings with a fish. You can make an ordinary dough, or you can replace the water with juice (beet, carrots) - then get the "color" dumplings.

Salmon fillet and onion mince. In minced meat add salt and pepper. I even add seasoning "To fish" - there's a mixture of peppers, lemon. Mix thoroughly.
To make juice. Pour it into bowls, add the eggs. Green dumplings should chop the spinach. I replaced it with chopped dill (the dough add a little water).
Add the flour and knead the dough (in the photo the dough with carrot juice).
The dough should roll out. And then - as someone comfortable and sculpt dumplings. I use pelmennica.
Cook the dumplings for about 10 minutes. In the finished dumplings to add butter or sour cream. A bit of pepper. Bon appetit!!!
