Baskets with cottage cheese and strawberry filling
A wonderful combination of sweet curd and sour, fragrant strawberries in a crispy basket of dough.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Condensed milk

    80 g

  • Strawberry

    8 piece

Mix the softened butter with the sugar and two egg yolks.
