The benefits of oatmeal many people have heard. It is possible to make not only the cereal and cookies, but also a wonderful, delicate pancakes. They are tasty, healthy and simple to prepare.

  • Oat flour

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Yeast

  • Vanilla

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

To oatmeal add the sugar, yogurt, water (you can take it hot, the dough became warm), eggs, wheat flour and dry yeast "SAF - Moment". Mix well. Add vanilla for flavor.

The dough consistency reminiscent of liquid sour cream. Cover the bowl with clingfilm and put in warm place to rise. The dough will rise about twice, is a magnificent bubble.
