Cooking
To oatmeal add the sugar, yogurt, water (you can take it hot, the dough became warm), eggs, wheat flour and dry yeast "SAF - Moment". Mix well. Add vanilla for flavor.
The dough consistency reminiscent of liquid sour cream. Cover the bowl with clingfilm and put in warm place to rise. The dough will rise about twice, is a magnificent bubble.
Fry the pancakes on a well heated pan, greased with a small amount of vegetable oil. Good cook pancakes on each side. Do not rush to turn them over, otherwise they can break.
Properly cooked, the pancakes are obtained with holes and slightly crispy. Their delicate flavor will be appreciated by even the youngest gourmets. Each pancake grease one side with butter.
