Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar in the lush foam.
Butter and chocolate melt on a slow fire and allow to cool to room temperature. Almonds to promolot in blender is not very finely and add to the dough along with the yogurt. Mix well.
Pour the melted chocolate with butter and whisk for a few seconds. Add the baking powder and flour, whisking until smooth.
Add the cherries to the dough and mix carefully with a spatula ( not pre-thaw and not to roll). Put the dough in the form and send in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes, focus on a dry skewer. To give the cake to cool and decorate at its discretion. I have used ready caramel icing.
