Cooking
Semolina pour 3 tbsp of warm water and let stand for 20 minutes.
Chop onions, carrots grate on a grater with medium-sized cells. All fry in vegetable oil.
Add the vegetables to the meat+salt,pepper.
When the beef is ready, put the semolina and mix thoroughly. Semolina is needed to give the meat partitionmanager state.
Boil the potatoes in their skins. Clean.
Grate the potatoes on a large grater.
Add salt, pepper, cheese, eggs, butter. Mix thoroughly and add flour. If it seems that 1.5 tbsp is not enough, add at your discretion. Knead the dough.
Table liberally sprinkle with flour and roll out the dough, trying to give the seam the shape of a rectangle. I sooo tried but not very successful...But not deadly..
On half of the dough put half of the stuffing.
