Muffins with pear and quinoa
Tender, flavorful muffins with walnut and hint of pear flavor!

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    50 g

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.333 tsp

  • Pear

    1 piece

Quinoa rinsed.

Pour a Cup of yogurt for swelling.

Pear clean from the skin and cut into small cubes.

Eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar beat until fluffy mass.

Melted butter, pour the yogurt, mix well.

Beaten eggs to combine with oil-kefir mixture, slightly beat with a mixer.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder.

Add pear slices, stir with a spoon.

Fill molds 2/3 full. Muffins increase in volume, but not much. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.
