Corn cookies with flax seed
This cookie is perfect as an addition to the first courses - soups or broths! Flax seed gives this liver rich nutty flavor and the cornmeal makes it a gentle and Sunny!

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    110 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Flax seeds

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

In a bowl sift the dry ingredients - the two kinds of flour, salt, sugar, baking powder.

Pour the milk and vegetable oil. Knead the dough.

Pour flax seeds.

Knead the dough well with the seed.

On a sheet of parchment (the size of the pan on which to bake cookies), roll the dough into a thin layer.

Cut with a sharp knife into squares or diamonds, but you can on figures at will. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 10-12 minutes until Golden brown. The finished cookies remove from the oven and allow to cool.
