Cooking
Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Cup brush with oil. You will need 8 cups of 150 ml. I did half the norm. Thought that would be 5 cups, but it was still 4. With a mixer or in a blender, whisk the butter and brown sugar until pale in colour and creamy.
One by one add the eggs, beating well after each addition.
Add flour mixed with razryhlitelem, coffee and yoghurt (kefir or yogurt), whisk until smooth with a whisk.
The resulting dough is put in a Cup. Again, the half-norm is 4 cups, not 5 like on my photo.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until dry toothpick. Allow it to cool.
Curd mix with sugar and pinch of salt for a couple minutes.
Then add the cream and beat for another few minutes, until the mixture slightly thickens. Add coffee liqueur (if using), blend again. The original recipe foam cappuccino is made on this recipe: 250 g mascarpone 125 ml cream 33% - 35% 45 g sugar 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
The resulting mass is put in a cooking bag and put on every cake in the form of foam cappuccino.
