Cooking

step-0
To start, fill the dried fruit with boiling water so they become soft and slightly swollen. I took home drying plums and apricots.
step-1
Pour into a bowl the yogurt. Add the egg and cottage cheese (or any cheese). I had cream with apricot jam. But can these pancakes be made without the cheese mass. Just on yogurt.
step-2
Mix yogurt with egg and cheese mass. And now add 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil. Oil I always add to the dough. Pancakes always turn out airy and not greasy (lots of oil when frying, do not take!).
step-3
Now add soda and lemon zest. With lemon zest pancakes we love, they are more fragrant than the vanilla. Leave the dough for 5 minutes.
step-4
Add flour. The dough should be HostingCon. Below flowed off the spoon.
step-5
Prepare the filling. Finely chop the dried fruit.
step-6
Add the sugar and stir. The stuffing is ready. Sweet and sour taste are we gonna put inside my pancake.
step-7
Now formed themselves pancakes. Spoon dough spread on a pan.
step-8
The filling in the middle of the muffin. Dried fruits need a little "sink" into the batter with a spoon.
step-9
Now the above do the "lid" of dough. Then fry as ordinary pancakes. Ready!
