Scones with herbs, oil and garlic
A wonderful alternative to bread. Buns are very tasty and flavorful. Dough from whole wheat flour delicate and airy. Ingredients

  • Serum

    500 ml

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    1 cup

  • Olive oil

    70 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

The serum is heated. Add salt, sugar, olive oil and yeast. Mix well.

Pour the flour ( both kinds) and knead the dough. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place until it increases in volume by 2 times.

Greens finely chop, garlic skip through the press. Add a pinch of salt. Stir the filling and hands slightly mash the grass and let the juice.

To the greens, slice the butter and mix thoroughly the filling. Spread the dough into small balls ( as in pies). Each ball roll out or flatten with your hands. In the middle put the stuffing.
