Cooking
Peel shrimps, leaving the tail (optional). Make an incision in the back and pulling the dark stripes of the intestine. Marinate shrimp in mixture of oyster sauce, lemon juice and pepper for 20-30 minutes.
Each shrimp wrap a strip of bacon (you can cut the strip along, I tried both). On a small amount of olive oil to fry the prawns on medium heat for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
Lay shrimp on paper towel. In the same pan to send the garlic cloves, cherry tomatoes, cut in half and the remaining marinade from the shrimp. Fry half a minute.
