Salad
Christmas salad-an indispensable attribute of the festive table. I wanted to cook buckwheat. The salad is hearty and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    100 g

  • Soft cheese

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Salt

Cooking

Rinse half a Cup of buckwheat

Fill a pot with 1.5 cups of water and bring to boil. Add salt to taste and spread the buckwheat. To cook under a lid on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
