Bean salad and pickled cucumbers
Very tasty salad. Simply and quickly prepared, hearty and perfect for a meatless meal.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

  • Walnuts

    0.66 cup

  • Walnut oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Basil

    3 sprig

  • Parsley

    5 sprig

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cooking

Beans rinse, drain from water and put in a Cup.

In a chopper-fold walnuts, coarsely chopped greens (cilantro together with stems, and the Basil and parsley - just the leaves) and chopped garlic cloves.

Grind to small pieces, not dust. Of course, you can slice everything with a knife, but it seems to me that with the chopper, a couple of "Wikov" and you're set.

To the beans add pickles, chopped into small cubes (the size they should be like chopped nuts).

Add to salad a lot of greens, nuts and garlic.

Season the salad with Abkhazian salt (if you have not, use regular, but add in salad seasoning, for example, Khmeli-suneli) and walnut oil.
