Hedgehogs from mixed minced meat and buckwheat
The balls(hedgehogs) from minced meat and buckwheat in the milk-cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Buckwheat

    1.5 cup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Sour cream

    3 l

  • Flour

    2 l

  • Spices

Cooking

Mix the mince, onion and buckwheat. Make the balls(hedgehogs)

Put balls in a pot and cover with water

Hedgehogs boil

In milk (1 stack.) put the sour cream and flour. Stir and pour into the pan

Hedgehogs boil. Grated carrots and spices in boiling sauce.

Hedgehogs juicy. You can eat them without garnish or side dish.

Bon appetit. :-) My home are hedgehogs really like. I cook them every New year or when there is no time for long cooking lunch, dinner. Hedgehogs can be prepared from rice.
