Cooking
First make the caramel and leave it to cool. Melt the butter.
Add dark sugar, heat until caramelized.
Add the cream and continue heating on low heat, continuing to stir until you get a cream. Remove from heat, add salt and leave to cool. You can also add vanilla or cinnamon.
Break the egg and add the salt and sugar. Whisk, add flour with baking powder, stir until smooth.
Add 100 ml of water, mix well. The dough density as a sponge. Banana cut into pieces. Dip them in batter and fry in plenty of oil over medium heat.
Fry the donuts in queue 2-3 minutes before it will turn brown. Get a slotted spoon and put on paper.
Serve with caramel cream and ice cream.
