Pineapple balls with jam D arbo
Good vegetable, fruit dessert with apricot jam. Easy to prepare, affordable products, low ingredients. The dessert lives up to its name and purpose.

Ingredients

  • Pineapple

    200 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Jam

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 tsp

The pineapple RUB on a large grater.

Add jam.

Mix the pineapple with the sifted flour, vanilla, cinnamon.

The resulting mixture roll into small balls.

Place the balls on a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs pan.

I baked the first time big balls (i.e., today) in the muffins cups, but I advise you to roll small balls and bake on a baking sheet. They will be faster to bake. Since I didn't put in a baking sugar, on top I greased the balls a little jam, but after baking, you can still add.

Bake beads in preheated oven at 190C t ~10 min. like my balls were baked for 30 min. In this photo, ready pineapple bulbs, out of the oven.

When serving, sprinkle pineapple balls with powdered sugar.
