Oatmeal cookies with rye flour
When you first make cookies for this recipe, I didn't even imagine that it would be so delicious and will become one of my favorites. For the recipe thank Anna Anka_DL.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    150 g

  • Rye flour

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    40 g

  • Honey

    40 g

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Pour in a bowl the rye flour with the baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Hercules TM"Mistral" to pour in the bowl of a blender and grind into flour
