Jerusalem artichoke cut into small strips, fry in vegetable oil.
Cucumbers finely crumble.
Mushrooms cut arbitrarily.
Red onion cut into thin strips.
Combine all the ingredients in the salad. You can eat it warm and cold. Delicious in any case. Bon appetit!
