Salad with chicken, cucumber and pineapple
Light fresh salad with dressing of lime juice for beautiful ladies. Based on the recipe of Mary Stuart with slight modifications. Treat yourselves, ladies!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Spices

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Red onion peeled, cut into thin circles and fill with ice water for 10 minutes to remove the bitterness. Then drain the water, dry and cut into 4 parts.

Chicken breast wash, dry and beat with a mallet to a thickness of 1.5 cm. Leaf for cooking "МAGGI for Tender chicken breast in Italian" to deploy, place on one half of the chicken, cover the second half of the sheet. Press down with palm.

For the filling in a small bowl, whisk lime juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste, beat again.

In a bowl add red onion, cucumber slices and pineapple, dressing and mix. Spread on a serving dish salad, sliced chicken, sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit!
