Fish baked with potatoes
Love potatoes in all the arrangements!!! So decided to share with you another recipe!!! It turns out very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Pollock

    800 g

  • Potatoes

    9 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

1. Fillet wash and cut into small pieces.

2. The fish mix with salt and spices and leave for 30-40 minutes to marinate.

3. While the fish is marinating, prepare the remaining ingredients. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.

4. Onions cut in small cubes.

5. In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups water, sour cream and salt.

6. Form for baking grease with butter. Lay out a layer of fish. The remaining marinade I added to the fish to make it juicier.

7. The fish on top spread the onion evenly.

8. On top of onions put a layer of potatoes. Pour all cooked sauce. Grease the top with mayonnaise. Put in pre heated oven for 30-40 minutes.
