Pork Chinese style with soy sprouts
Pickled pork with vegetables cooked in the "Wok" is very tasty. For lovers of Chinese cuisine. Can be served with a side dish or as a hot entrée, as a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Sprouts

    200 g

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    20 g

  • Soy sauce

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Ginger

    3 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sherry

    100 g

  • Vinegar

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Rice flour

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Pork cut into small oblong strips.

Marinate with the addition of chopped garlic, ginger, tomato puree, soy sauce and sesame oil (at night).

For 20 minutes before cooking, soak the mushrooms in hot water; immediately before, drain the water and rinse the mushrooms with cold water.

Wash, peel and chop the vegetables: pepper - half-rings; leeks - rings.

In a well-heated wok with vegetable oil, put the pork and fry, stirring constantly; after 5-7 minutes the mushrooms;

5 minutes later the pepper, leek and soya sprouts;

Add the sherry, rice vinegar, soy sauce and sugar or sauce for the "wok" and, if desired, the rice flour diluted in a little cold water.

Simmer until tender (depending on the desired stage of readiness of vegetables), stirring constantly.
