Pechenocna cheese
Fans of liver, this recipe is for You! Pechenocna turns out tender, juicy, and fabulously delicious!!! Time to prepare is quite a bit. Bon appetit!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    70 g

Cooking

peel and cut the onion half rings

fry the onion until Golden brown

the liver is cut into cubes of medium size and sent to the pan with preheated butter and fry to 5 minutes

when the liver is slightly browned, add the wine and fry for 3 minutes

when the wine is almost completely evaporated, add the cream or fat sour cream, salt, pepper and fry for another couple of minutes

then grate cheese and put it on the pan for literally 1 minute. You can use cheese, although I did with melted cheese and it turned out also very tasty.

pechenocna spread on a plate, decorate with fried onion and served to the table. Hot it is the most delicious, because there are syrochek:-) enjoy your meal!!!
