Jellied mushrooms
Fasting is not a reason to indulge in aspic! Just meat and fish, change it to mushrooms and pepper, and gelatin - vegetable agar-agar.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Sweet pepper

    3 piece

  • Agar-agar

    10 g

  • Water

    1 l

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Mushrooms clean, cut into halves (if large mushrooms - quartered), rinse well. Cover with cold water, bring to boil, remove the foam, add salt and pepper, cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Pepper cut into strips, season with salt and pepper, fry in vegetable oil TM "generous gift" for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mushrooms with a slotted spoon to fish out of the broth, put the peppers, fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Strain the broth, dissolve it in the agar, to return to the heat and bring to a boil, cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

In the silicone form (or any other for filler) put the mushrooms and pepper, to level.

Pour the broth with the agar-agar to cool (agar-agar solidifies at room temperature). In 30 minutes you can eat, but it is better to cool in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours.
