Salad with rice for the winter without vinegar
Very tasty salad. Vinegar is not used but the jars are gorgeous! Not blowing any one. For the recipe thank you my svekrovi Zinaida Efimovna.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Carrots

  • Sunflower oil

    1 cup

Put the vegetables in a large bowl and sent on the stove. Hinder you often, but carefully so that the vegetables do not become a "mess." Therefore, do not use the pan - you want to keep the whole pieces of vegetables.

Carrots three on a coarse grater. When vegetables are boiled, add it to the pelvis. Do not forget to gently interrupt, and it will burn. Sprinkle with salt (about 3 tablespoons) and from the moment of boiling cook for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After 35-40 minutes to the vegetables add a glass of sunflower oil (any, I like 2/3 Cup of refined and 1/3 Cup not refined oil), Cup of rice, pepper peas, Bay leaf. Cook exactly 40 minutes. But in the meantime sterilize jars. 20 minutes before the end of cooking, taste for salt, most likely will have little dosolit.
