Description

Dessert
I love, well, just the same I love Italian Panna cotta. But it has so many calories... And in the spring so I want to lose weight before the upcoming season of Stripping. So I suggest for those like me suffering from overweight (or who think they suffer...) to try to cook this delicious, low-calorie (only 38 calories) dessert. Magical jelly with the taste and smell of cherries will surprise you. Like a flock of frightened butterflies will superheat in your mouth when you take a spoonful of this unusual dessert and in the language you will burst the bubbles. Absolutely extraordinary sensations, I assure you. This recipe gave me my daughter. Big thank you to her!

Ingredients

  • Lemonade

    150 ml

  • Agar-agar

    2 g

  • Cherry

    2 piece

Cooking

step-0
In a bowl pour 50 gr. water, dissolve it in the agar and put on gas. Bring to boil and keep on heat for 2 min. To be sure you can check on the viscosity. For this you need to drop in a spoonful of gelatin. If it immediately hardens, you can remove from heat. Stirring gently, pour in a ladle "soda", trying to keep fewer bubbles disappeared.
step-1
Before that, we defrosted a few cherries.
step-2
To drip into the bottom of a glass of cherry juice (you can drip any syrup from the jam, does not matter). And immediately pour on top of scoop of Jell-o cups. It quickly solidifies at room temperature. Red syrup on the bottom of the glass we have added in order to highlight bright pink on the bottom and a smooth transition to a brighter tone. Then the color of the jelly is obtained from the more fleshy-pink to pale pink as the flower of the cherry, which is the core more vibrant. If you want the dessert was cool, put it in the fridge.
step-3
We serve on the plate that I decorated with flowers and petals of the cherry blossoms.
step-4
Please note, changing the main ingredient, you can create a jelly of any flavor. I wanted the atmosphere of spring, so I added cherry juice, but any other night you can make jelly with a new flavor note.
step-5
For this you can take instead of "Soda" any fizzy lemonade or Cola. Still, it would be interesting to try with "Champagne", but only for adults.
