Multi-oatmeal cookies
It is a favorite childhood oatmeal cookies, but enhanced and modified to increase the nutritional value of vitaminsthe – what every growing child, working dad and fasting the mother (or Vice versa). I want to note that our dessert made without sugar, flour – the only all-natural and useful.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Dried fruits

    1 handful

  • Nuts

    1 handful

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

Ingredients.

Oatmeal fry in a dry pan until nut-spicy odor, do not overcook

Cut, smash, grind (through a meat grinder) dried fruits and nuts.

Mix cereal with dried fruit and nuts

Mash the bananas with a fork

Add to mixture of mashed banana, olive oil, honey, cinnamon, at the end of soda, repaid lemon and all stir well.

Using two spoons to shape the cookies. Put on a baking tray in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 190 C to obtain a light brownish color.

And so we sat in the evening with the whole family - read and talked... and talked a whole pan of cookies!) All good appetite and be healthy!
