Cooking
We prepare products for our delicious pancakes. The set is great, but they are made elementary. Use brown Demerara sugar will impart our pancake interesting caramel taste.

Pour batter almost full ladle, fry the pancakes on both sides. Here it is necessary to pour the dough a little thicker than regular pancakes.
Ready pancakes put a pile on a plate.
For each pancake put 1 table. a spoonful of vanilla cream, spread on the pancake, put on top of the berries, fold the pancake in four.
When serving, sprinkle with icing sugar and decorate with mint.
