Carrot cakes
Now is a good crop of carrots and use it in different hypostasis. Here is an example. And cook it very simply.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

1. Whisk to combine eggs, peeled and grated on a fine grater carrots, vegetable oil and salt.

2. In a bowl, mix sugar, flour and baking powder.

3. Combine both mixtures and mix well.

4. In a greased and floured spread the mixture. Bake in a preheated 180 gr. the oven for about 45-50 min.

5. While preparing the cake, prepare the glaze. Mix well all ingredients and keep on low heat until thick. Remove and allow to cool.

6. The finished cake remove from the form, let cool slightly and cover with glaze.

7. Cut the cake and invite the household to the table. BON APPETIT!
