Salad with fennel
Offer a simple, easy basic fennel salad. Adding various vegetables (carrot, cucumber, tomato, ginger, celery, radishes), you will receive a new, interesting salads that will delight you with its taste. This salad is very useful, can be used as a garnish for meat or fish. In the fennel fruit is present, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, chromium and aluminum. I recommend to include it in your diet.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    50 g

  • Pepper

    70 g

  • Fennel

    60 g

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

    0.25 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Greens

    2 sprig

Cooking

Fennel cut into slices lengthwise and soak in water with lemon juice 10 min., drain the water, fennel dry with paper towel.

Iceberg lettuce to pick in small pieces, bell peppers cut into ribbons, place on top of the fennel, add the black pepper.

Parsley chop, add to salad, season with olive oil. Salt to taste.
