Spicy salad of roasted cabbage
Spring is a warm and happy mood is changing for the better, the Sunny side. I want something easy, healthy and delicious. That's just the kind of salad I propose to you today! A storehouse of vitamins and amazing taste. Try it and you will not regret it.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    400 g

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Dill

    4 sprig

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

First cauliflower rinse and disassemble into small florets. Can be cut into small pieces.

Put in shape, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Put in the oven for 20 minutes. Cabbage should be warm and slightly browned.

Meanwhile you need to cook the sauce. Take Greek yogurt (probably with sour cream will be fine), add the honey.

Add Dijon mustard and sesame oil.

Add the soy sauce, lemon juice and chopped parsley. Mix.
