Mushroom pate
Pate on a rice flour, dried mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Powder mushroom

    35 g

  • Milk

    500 g

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

If you do not have mushroom powder, take dried mushrooms.

Grind in blender or coffee grinder into flour or even more in the dust.

The resulting flour is added to hot milk, mix well, cover, leave for an hour to swell.

Grind the rice.

Add the rice to the milk and mushroom mixture and mix thoroughly.

Melt butter in a pan ( the pan is better to take with high walls ).

Pour the mixture into the pan, add salt.

Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Ready to paste stored in the refrigerator.
