Cooking
Chicken wash, cut lengthwise and carefully cut the breast with the ridge. The wings and legs leave it to marinate chicken (wine, garlic, spices, salt). I marinated overnight.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, it smells good, inside grate cheese.
On the cheese put fried mushrooms and cheese again.
Sew up the chicken in the oven for an hour, periodically basting with fat, which was melted out of the chicken.
