Squid in a Chinese sauce with shiitake mushrooms
Diet is very tasty and healthy dish from the carcasses of squid, vegetables and Chinese mushrooms in Chinese sauce! Low calorie, high fun! Can be used as an appetizer or a main dish with garnish or without. Be beautiful and healthy!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    20 g

  • Pepper green

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Leeks

    0.25 piece

  • Ginger

    20 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Greens

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauce

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

Cooking

Prepare foods: garlic and ginger peel, chop up; leeks - rings; pepper - half-rings, tomatoes - small cubes

mushrooms, pre-soaked, boil (min. 10-15).

Squid drop for a few seconds in boiling water, then immediately in cold; we will cut rings.

In hot oil fry the garlic and ginger (3-5 minutes); add the pepper, tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring; add the mushrooms.

Add the Chinese sauce, calamari, greens, simmer stirring for a couple more minutes

remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seed and sbryzgivaem sesame oil and serve.
